Returns and Refund Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Heart Deco.
However, If you change your mind about your purchase please return the unused goods to us with the original paperwork within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or refund. We are unable to cover your postage costs for these returns.
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.’
In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty or damaged we will arrange with you to have the order returned & either a replacement item sent out free of charge or a full refund issued including any postage & packing costs incurred.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. We will endeavour to issue all refunds within 3 working days of receipt of the item. We will email you to confirm as soon as your refund has been issued.
If you do wish to return your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number in the subject box so we can send you a retuns code to include with the return or alternatively please call us on 07891846003 to discuss.
